Oversee day-to-day Quick Lane service operations: lead and train service team, ensure timely maintenance and light repairs, manage scheduling and shop capacity, monitor technician productivity and repair accuracy, control expenses and profitability, maintain customer satisfaction and compliance, coordinate with Parts/Accounting/Main Service, and promote a positive, values-driven work environment.

Guide customers through vehicle purchases by understanding needs, demonstrating vehicles and features, arranging test drives, coordinating financing, completing sales paperwork, following up for satisfaction and referrals, and meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals while representing company values.

Sell new and used Lincoln and Volvo vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating and test-driving cars, following up on leads, preparing purchase paperwork, delivering vehicles, and reporting activities to the Sales Manager.
