The role also includes business errands such as tax/title office visits and requires Monday through Saturday availability as needed.

Leads daily finishing department operations for trailer production, supervising employees and performing hands-on structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, cosmetic, and final assembly work. Conducts inspections, ensures safety and quality standards, trains and coaches staff, resolves production issues, coordinates repairs, improves processes, supports staffing and scheduling, and completes production documentation.

Supports dealership sales by answering calls, assisting customers, quoting trailers, preparing paperwork, handling cash, maintaining trailer and parts displays, and updating inventory records. Develops wholesale business through outside sales calls and participates in trade shows, farm expos, and related events. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, commissioned sales experience, and availability Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed.

Performs assembly, material movement, wood floor installation, production-line tasks, cleanup, and other assigned manufacturing duties.
