Perform production-line and material-movement tasks in a wood-floor manufacturing facility, including assembly and wood floor installation. Follow safety and quality procedures, keep work areas clean, use tape measure, lift up to 60 lbs, work with team to maximize productivity, and complete other duties as assigned.

Perform assembly, rework, and finishing tasks on trailers and products using hand and power tools. Organize, move, and prepare parts for production, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality.

Review and match vendor invoices to POs and receiving reports, process ACH/check/wire payments, reconcile vendor statements, coordinate inventory financing and record inventory purchases, and maintain organized accounts payable records.

Lead regional trailer production operations including cutting, welding, painting, assembly, and shipping. Oversee plant leadership, safety, quality, CI, materials, and maintenance. Set KPIs, manage budgets/P&L, drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement, build operational leadership teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic growth.

Lead plant quality program by reviewing processes, implementing improvements with operations, training staff on quality metrics, overseeing inspections, tracking QA data, and driving root-cause corrective actions to ensure products meet specifications.

Receive trailers from paint line and complete finish-out installations (axles, tires, batteries, wiring harnesses, jacks, decals). Inspect for damage, maintain tools, follow safety/PPE rules, and support a fast-paced production environment.

Develop and execute pricing models and analyses to optimize trailer sales profitability across assigned stores and markets. Use large datasets and competitor surveys to recommend pricing, support field initiatives, monitor pricing adherence, and communicate insights to leadership and stores.

Designs and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes and equipment, coordinates product launches, analyzes BOMs and ECNs, drives continuous improvement (Lean), supports tooling and layout design, and trains production teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Oversee plant quality department, supervise inspectors and team leaders, track and contain internal/external issues, perform RCA/CA, enforce standards and standard work, support audits, training, and continuous improvement to meet ISO9000 and customer quality expectations.

Provide front-office administrative support including sales order entry, daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits, inventory assistance, customer service, data entry, and maintaining sales/service paperwork and facility appearance. Perform errands for the dealership and other clerical duties as needed.

Lead HR operations and programs including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance, HRIS/ATS/LMS administration, performance management, investigations, and safety support. Advise leaders, analyze trends, maintain HR documentation and reports, and promote company culture while supporting payroll and leave processes.

Drive VAVE cost-reduction initiatives across product lines by originating concepts, running cross-functional workshops, performing detailed component design and FEA, prototyping and testing, and executing verification/validation plans. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design to optimize manufacturability, materials, tolerances, and cost while ensuring quality and system-level reliability.

Serve as first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, providing information and directions, routing inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and completing light administrative tasks including basic spreadsheets, data entry, and word processing.

Support Lean continuous improvement by developing and maintaining Standard Work, leading 5S/6S, participating in Kaizen events, collecting and analyzing process data, documenting work instructions, and progressively developing training materials to coach employees on Lean practices.

Design and maintain a layered Azure Synapse/SQL transformation layer to turn raw ERP data into governed, dimensional models. Build ETL pipelines, optimize performance, manage data pipeline health, and develop Power BI semantic models and DAX measures. Partner with IT on platform improvements, enforce governance and lineage, and manage access and row-level security to deliver consistent business reporting.
