Seasonal office administrator responsible for clerical duties including sales order entry, inventory assistance, daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits, customer support, paperwork continuity for sales and service, phone handling, and general facility organization. Supports corporate information transfers and performs errands for the dealership.

Direct and manage 2nd shift final assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards. Lead and coach production personnel (~45 employees), coordinate with plant manager, monitor performance, participate in Lean initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Manage a manufacturing value stream to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Lead KPI reviews, resource allocation, S&OP participation, and deployment of Lean best practices to meet strategic priorities and customer satisfaction.
