Teams at Big Tex Trailer Manufacturing, LLC

Sell trailers and parts by answering calls, assisting dealership customers, preparing sales paperwork, quoting products, managing displays and inventory records, and handling cash transactions. Develop wholesale business through outside sales calls and attend industry events to support dealership sales. Maintain organized order files and assist with weekly inventory reporting.

Provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple trailer manufacturing sites. Oversees production, engineering, maintenance, materials, quality, and logistics while driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, Lean, and Six Sigma performance. Leads plant managers, budgets, capital investments, P&L performance, compliance, workforce development, and cross-site standardization. Requires extensive multi-site manufacturing leadership, trailer or heavy-vehicle experience, and travel up to 50%.

Leads trailer finishing operations including paint, sandblasting, washing, preparation, caulking, axle installation, decals, and wiring. Coordinates staffing and assignments, monitors safety, quality, and production flow, resolves workflow issues, trains team members, and maintains an organized manufacturing environment. Requires physical material handling and hands-on work across multiple finish processes.
