Design end-to-end user experiences for a suite of products: translate complex workflows into intuitive UX/UI, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute to the design system, and iterate based on usability feedback.

Own CRM data integrity, build and maintain revenue dashboards and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis, support sales and marketing operations, enforce data governance, and automate recurring reporting to inform leadership and improve pipeline health.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang or Node.js on AWS. Optimize SQL databases, resolve concurrency and performance issues, contribute to CI/CD, collaborate with frontend teams, and continuously improve system reliability and scalability.
