Maintain CRM data integrity and governance; build and maintain dashboards and reports on revenue metrics; conduct ad hoc analyses; support sales and marketing operations (quota setting, territory design, funnel health); identify automation and process improvements; standardize recurring reporting; liaise between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to align metrics and surface risks and opportunities.
