Lead planning and execution of signature fundraising events and Foundation communications. Oversee event logistics, vendor partnerships, sponsorship development, donor stewardship, and on-site execution. Build donor and community relationships, coach event staff, and align initiatives with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and brand consistency.

Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff using adult learning principles, simulations, and e-learning (Relias). Build course materials, assessments, and evaluation tools; analyze training outcomes; assist with facilitation; maintain training records; and recommend improvements to leadership.

Provide nursing support and triage for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; document EMR communications, review charts, coordinate admissions and follow-ups, and ensure hospice plan of care compliance.

Administer bi-weekly payroll and employee benefits, audit timekeeping and deductions, manage enrollments/COBRA/ACA, reconcile benefit invoices, administer retirement contributions, maintain HRIS records, respond to employee inquiries, prepare payroll reports, support compliance/audits, and provide administrative support to HR leadership.

Provide hospice-focused homecare nursing including patient assessments, individualized care plans, symptom management, family education and support, supervise aides/LPNs, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, and maintain timely electronic medical records.

Provide hospice RN case management: assess patients, create and update individualized care plans, manage symptoms, educate families, supervise aides/LPNs, document in EMR, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality initiatives to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
