Teams at Big Bend Hospice

Lead planning and execution of signature fundraising events and Foundation communications. Oversee event logistics, vendor partnerships, sponsorship development, donor stewardship, and on-site execution. Build donor and community relationships, coach event staff, and align initiatives with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and brand consistency.

Serve as the organizations front desk representative by answering calls, greeting visitors, routing messages, managing mail/donations, maintaining a welcoming lobby, supporting administrative tasks, training reception staff, and protecting confidential information.

Manage clinical resources and daily utilization for the interdisciplinary hospice team; triage clinical calls; provide coverage, education, and direct care as needed; schedule on-call staffing and lead IDT meetings; oversee staff performance, documentation, and professional development; coordinate care with departments and ensure adherence to policies. Maintain required licensure and reliable transportation.
