Provide reporting and insights that guide marketing investment and senior leadership decisions.

Leads a cross-functional production support development team, coordinating issue prioritization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, performance, security, and process improvement. Provides mentoring through code reviews, pair programming, and demos; supports hiring and staffing decisions; collaborates across agile teams; and contributes as an individual developer. The role requires extensive C#/.NET experience, cloud architecture expertise, API and data-storage design, and CI/CD infrastructure knowledge.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain artificial intelligence algorithms for insurance underwriting, pricing, and premium auditing. Write scalable Python code, apply commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge, integrate internal and third-party data, and collaborate with business and technical teams on research, design, debugging, and solution development. The hybrid role requires two weekly in-office days in Stamford, Connecticut.

Leads 12–15 software delivery teams building cloud-based enterprise insurance systems. Owns delivery outcomes, provides technical and architectural leadership, manages technical debt and risk, mentors engineering leaders, translates business strategy into technology roadmaps, and drives continuous improvement through Agile, DevOps, and Lean practices.

Develop and maintain data integration, transformation, modeling, and database processes across Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB. Diagnose data issues, optimize data structures, support CI/CD and production operations, and establish data standards and documentation. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, service levels, and quality expectations within an Agile development environment.
