Provides executive leadership for a Power Division, overseeing strategy, growth, P&L, electrical construction, power distribution, substations, battery storage, utility infrastructure, project delivery, safety, customer relationships, and workforce development. Leads business development, budgeting, forecasting, estimating, contracts, resource planning, and operational execution while expanding energy infrastructure capabilities and maintaining compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Traveling construction craftsman supporting natural gas and related projects. Installs threaded piping, tubing, fittings, pipe supports, and erosion controls; performs carpentry, pipe coating, flange make-up, hydrotesting, excavation support, and safety-control installation. Assists welding crews and equipment operators, interprets P&ID and isometric drawings, maintains tools and materials, participates in safety meetings, and follows OSHA and DOT safety requirements. The position requires 100% travel on a 10-and-4 schedule.

Manages construction and engineering contracts, subcontractor agreements, AIA forms, lien waivers, insurance compliance, and contract-risk processes. Reviews risk-allocation provisions, ensures subcontract flow-down requirements, tracks documentation, supports audits and disputes, administers subcontractor prequalification, and maintains audit-ready records. Partners with operations, project management, accounting, risk management, and legal counsel to enable compliant project execution and payment.
