Manage state and local tax filings, contract invoicing compliance, subcontractor and insurance documentation, and accounting support activities. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, reporting, compliance tracking, deadline management, and process improvement. The role partners with tax advisors, auditors, project managers, operational teams, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records under GAAP.

Supports construction projects by coordinating schedules, procurement, subcontractors, documentation, costs, invoicing, forecasts, and contract compliance. The role facilitates project meetings, reviews technical drawings and financial reports, visits jobsites, monitors progress and expenditures, and assists with closeout activities. Frequent travel may be required for field coordination, pre-bids, and jobsite visits. Candidates should have construction project support experience or be willing to complete a six- to nine-month field assignment.

Provides executive leadership for a Power Division, overseeing strategy, growth, P&L, electrical construction, power distribution, substations, battery storage, utility infrastructure, project delivery, safety, customer relationships, and workforce development. Leads business development, budgeting, forecasting, estimating, contracts, resource planning, and operational execution while expanding energy infrastructure capabilities and maintaining compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
