Provide Microsoft technology subject matter expertise and hands-on infrastructure support. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, KMS, WSUS, Azure IaaS, and hybrid identity environments. Perform Active Directory migrations, Windows Server upgrades, end-of-support remediation, and platform architecture for Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SQL Server. Participate in the required on-call program.

Operate manual lathes and vertical milling machines to produce one-off and production-run components. Read engineering drawings, select cutting tools, machine various metals and plastics, measure finished parts, verify tolerances, maintain equipment, and meet quality and production deadlines.
