Analyze business and data requirements within financial services, using Databricks to assess data structures, flows, dependencies, transformations, and validation needs. Translate business requirements into functional and data specifications, document mappings and processes, support data platform initiatives, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and UAT documentation while supporting data integration, transformation, modeling, and quality activities.

Designs and builds Cyara automation for IVR and contact center flow validation. Executes functional and regression testing, validates behavior against requirements, analyzes failed scenarios, identifies and tracks defects, and participates in defect triage and resolution with technical delivery teams.

Provide Microsoft technology subject matter expertise and hands-on infrastructure support. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, KMS, WSUS, Azure IaaS, and hybrid identity environments. Perform Active Directory migrations, Windows Server upgrades, end-of-support remediation, and platform architecture for Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SQL Server. Apply Terraform, GitHub, infrastructure-as-code, and automated configuration management practices.
