Support production and material handling in wood and foam fabrication, perform general labor and environmental tasks, maintain a clean work area, and assist with higher-grade tasks when needed.

Install, test, administer and support data and voice telecommunications across WAN/MAN/LAN, switching, routing and wireless. Monitor Syslog, RADIUS/TACACS, NetFlow and configuration management. Troubleshoot packet-level TCP/IP issues using Wireshark/NetScout. Support test/staging/dev networks, contribute to project documentation and capital planning, follow Change Management and ITIL, and coordinate with IM/IT teams and vendors.

Administer and optimize Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments; manage Azure data ecosystem (Synapse, Azure services); enforce identity and data governance via Microsoft Entra ID and Purview; implement RBAC and security/compliance controls; develop and troubleshoot with DAX, T-SQL, or Python; perform enterprise platform troubleshooting and optimization.
