Lead strategic sourcing and lifecycle management for electrical and power generation assets (MV/HV systems, generators, transformers, VFDs). Own vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs/warranties, manage inventory and forecasting for long‑lead equipment, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure reliability, cost control, and timely delivery.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of an Oracle-first accounting control environment. Embed ITGCs and automated controls across ERP, EPM, and treasury systems; stabilize ERP go-live; monitor P2P, R2R, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany controls; manage access and configuration governance; remediate SOD conflicts and control deficiencies; support SOX/PCAOB audits; build RCMs and documentation; drive control automation and stakeholder training.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for field roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, background/drug screenings, ATS data management, career fair participation, and collaboration with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and recruiting strategies.

Support execution of B2B digital marketing: manage website content and SEO, run social media campaigns, create digital assets and email/ newsletter materials, monitor analytics, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing teams and vendors.
