Lead design, implementation, and operation of an Oracle-first accounting control environment. Embed ITGCs and automated controls across ERP, EPM, and treasury systems; stabilize ERP go-live; monitor P2P, R2R, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany controls; manage access and configuration governance; remediate SOD conflicts and control deficiencies; support SOX/PCAOB audits; build RCMs and documentation; drive control automation and stakeholder training.

Support demand, supply, and inventory planning through data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain planning models and tools, prepare reports and dashboards, participate in S&OP, recommend replenishment and capacity adjustments, perform scenario and risk analysis, and drive process improvements to optimize service levels and operations.

Part-time internship supporting E&P operations, fracturing services, turbine power, and logistics. Interns assist with data analysis, safety protocols, equipment maintenance, inventory and materials tracking, accounting tasks, IT/database support, HR, legal research, and operational process improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Drive digital adoption and data-driven decision-making for field operations by identifying opportunities, implementing data strategies, supporting vibration monitoring (VMS), building dashboards, delivering training, troubleshooting platforms, and partnering with stakeholders to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
