Administers and continuously improves Oracle EPM applications supporting budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and scenario modeling. Maintains metadata, security, calculation rules, Groovy scripts, integrations, data loads, dashboards, and financial reports. Partners with FP&A, Accounting, IT, and Operations to troubleshoot issues, validate system changes, support planning cycles, document processes, and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel transactions, offboarding, workforce administration, employee relations, performance management, employee communications, HR reporting, and recordkeeping. Provides guidance to employees and managers, maintains confidential HR data, coordinates staffing and system updates, supports investigations, and analyzes quarterly survey results. The role is primarily office-based in The Woodlands, Texas, with up to 25% travel.

Design, build, and operate Databricks Lakehouse pipelines (Bronze/Silver/Gold) using Delta Lake and DLT. Optimize Spark/SQL workloads and Delta tables for performance and cost, implement incremental processing with exactly-once semantics, ensure data quality, and deliver documented datasets and dashboards (Power BI/other) with SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate real-time sensor data, and support stakeholders. Occasional travel; primarily on-site.
