Develop and execute internal and external communications supporting organizational goals and brand. Draft and edit employee communications, partner with HR on change management, manage intranet and newsletters, support media relations and PR, assist crisis communications, and collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand voice.

Leads organization-wide AI enablement, opportunity discovery, intake, and backlog prioritization. Builds reusable AI project spaces, prompt libraries, workflow examples, training programs, and adoption feedback loops. Translates stakeholder needs into structured briefs with measurable outcomes, coordinates engineering handoffs, identifies reusable solution patterns, and communicates portfolio progress, ROI, reliability, and priorities to executives and departments.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including personnel transactions, offboarding, workforce administration, employee relations, performance management, employee communications, HR reporting, and recordkeeping. Provides guidance to employees and managers, maintains confidential HR data, coordinates staffing and system updates, supports investigations, and analyzes quarterly survey results. The role is primarily office-based in The Woodlands, Texas, with up to 25% travel.
