As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape design strategies for BetterUp's core products, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead design quality efforts while integrating AI into design processes.

Serve as the single-threaded technical owner for BetterUp's most complex enterprise engagements, advise executive leadership on platform strategy and integrations, bring and activate C‑suite relationships, define integration and security narratives, lead company-wide SE initiatives, mentor SE leaders, and represent BetterUp externally through speaking and writing.

Lead technical architect for strategic enterprise and government pre-sales opportunities. Own full pre-sales cycle, build CFO/COO-focused ROI narratives, anticipate integration/security challenges, create reusable SE assets, drive AI/automation for the SE function, mentor SEs, and influence product and GTM strategy.

Own and evolve the design system for web and mobile, integrating AI tools for efficiency and consistency while mentoring teams and ensuring brand alignment.

Counsel on enterprise SaaS and Professional Services contracts end-to-end, manage complex customer-paper deals, advise Sales, maintain strategic account relationships, build contract playbooks and CLM workflows, lead template modernization and AI/privacy contract terms, and implement legal ops dashboards and automation.

Lead FP&A for R&D and G&A, partnering with VP/C-level leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, multi-year planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, KPI alignment, executive dashboards, and scalable FP&A processes leveraging automation and AI to inform resource allocation and strategic decisions.
