Develop commercial strategies, category playbooks, sponsorship products, and integrated solutions spanning content, talent, video, creators, audience intelligence, and first-party data. Build executive relationships with major advertisers, agencies, sponsors, and rights holders; manage six- and seven-figure pipelines; and collaborate cross-functionally to increase partnership revenue and launch innovative commercial products.

Supports global People Operations across Europe through employee administration, HRIS data maintenance, contract and compensation documentation, and onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes. Ensure networking, CDN, observability, and application support for Node.js, PHP/WordPress, and databases while improving platform reliability and developer workflows.

Own and scale data collection engines and automated pipelines, build scalable web scraping and API extraction, integrate LLMs and no-code automation to process and analyse competitive data, implement monitoring and alerts, collaborate on ingestion to central databases, and define and hire a future data extraction team.
