Administers medications according to physician orders and provides direct resident care in an assisted living setting. Supports activities of daily living, monitors and reports health concerns, maintains infection control and sanitation standards, assists with admissions, discharges, transportation, emergency reporting, and resident care planning, and complies with applicable regulations, HIPAA, and resident rights.

Prepares, portions, and serves meals according to menus and residents’ dietary needs and preferences. Records food temperatures, maintains sanitary food storage and preparation practices, cleans equipment and dining areas, sets up meal service, accommodates food substitutions, and provides respectful customer service to residents and staff.

Provides evening and weekend administrative leadership for nursing services, supervises nursing staff and CNAs, coordinates resident care, manages care plans, administers medications and treatments, documents clinical activities, and handles admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, resident rights, and HIPAA. Requires direct geriatric nursing experience, supervisory experience, an active South Carolina RN or LPN license, and proficiency in clinical procedures and electronic medical records.

Supervise front-of-house bistro operations, coach and schedule staff, maintain guest service standards, handle cash reconciliation and complaints, conduct pre-shift briefings, ensure food safety compliance, support inventory control, coordinate with the kitchen, and train new employees on service procedures and POS systems.
