Provides direct inpatient pediatric care, including referrals, admissions, acute and chronic daily care. Supervises advanced practice providers, co-manages complex-care patients, supports pediatric medical rehabilitation consultations, educates and mentors pediatric residents, and participates in hospital committees, quality improvement, medical staff activities, and staff education.

Develop and execute the hospital’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing editorial calendars, writing post copy, creating and editing photos, videos, reels, and graphics, supporting campaigns and events, engaging online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. The role leads content planning and determines posting schedules and formats to maximize engagement and maintain brand consistency.

Supports financial operations through general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, audit support, internal controls, and financial reporting. Uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel to research transactions, maintain accounting records, resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support system implementations and reporting requirements.

Provide visible armed security presence across hospital and affiliated sites, monitor cameras and access control, perform foot and vehicle patrols, enforce policies, respond to emergencies and incidents, assist staff and visitors, complete incident reports, and support departmental investigations to maintain a safe healing environment.

Supports hospital hospitality operations across conference center reservations, guest relations, gift shop inventory and vendors, patient experience initiatives, tours, donor visits, and community events. The role resolves guest concerns, coordinates logistics, maintains welcoming environments, supports service recovery, and contributes to patient and family satisfaction. It requires an associate degree and at least two years of relevant hospitality, guest services, patient experience, customer service, or project management experience.

Coordinates outpatient care for pediatric patients across primary, specialty, and multidisciplinary teams. Serves as a patient and family advocate, educator, counselor, and clinical resource while managing referrals, authorizations, transitions of care, and provider communication. Supports satellite and multidisciplinary clinics and helps develop processes that improve the clinical experience. Requires a health-related bachelor’s degree, at least three years of clinical experience, and an active Oklahoma or compact-state RN license.

Administers the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, matching, payments, vendor maintenance, discrepancy resolution, reporting, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, tax documentation, month-end close, and audit support. The role also contributes to general ledger accounting, expense analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Sources, screens, interviews, hires, and onboards employees across the organization. Partners with hiring managers and HR staff to coordinate recruiting processes, develops sourcing and talent strategies, manages applicant tracking workflows, tracks recruitment metrics, builds relationships with schools and businesses, organizes hiring events, supports employer branding, and maintains confidential recruitment records.

Paid pediatric nurse externship for nursing students entering their senior year. Participants provide basic patient care under RN mentorship, including activities of daily living, vital-sign monitoring, feeding, bathing, and splint or orthotic-device assistance. Externs may focus on complex care, transitional care, or PMRU, explore pediatric nursing leadership and specialty roles, and present on a nursing-related diagnosis or issue. The program includes full-time 12-hour shifts through January 9, 2027.

Coordinate and support statewide bike and pedestrian safety initiatives, implement educational programs and events for children, manage partner pathway communications and resources, maintain program records and grant reporting, track data and evaluation, stay current on pediatric injury prevention, and travel occasionally to program sites and events.

Perform pediatric radiologic imaging (X-ray and fluoroscopy), primarily mobile x-ray; prepare and position patients, maintain image quality, assist with fluoroscopic swallow studies, collaborate with clinical teams, participate in quality improvement, and perform related duties.

Provides inpatient and outpatient pediatric physiatry care, participates in multidisciplinary clinics, supervises APPs and PGY-3 residents, engages in research and quality improvement, and supports ParaSports and leadership activities.
