Provides customer-focused technical support for end users, including installing hardware and software, troubleshooting PC applications and equipment, managing support tickets, documenting resolutions, creating training manuals and knowledge base articles, and participating in on-call and after-hours maintenance activities.

Develops and executes the hospital’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing editorial calendars, writing post copy, creating and editing photos, videos, reels, and graphics, supporting digital campaigns and events, engaging online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. The role leads content ideation and determines posting schedules and formats to maximize engagement and maintain brand consistency.

Provides patient advocacy, education, counseling, and care coordination for outpatient pediatric clinic patients. The nurse navigator coordinates referrals, authorizations, transitions of care, and communication among patients, families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams. The role supports specialty and satellite clinics, serves as a clinical resource, and helps improve multidisciplinary clinic processes and patient experiences.

Provide visible armed security presence across hospital and affiliated sites, monitor cameras and access control, perform foot and vehicle patrols, enforce policies, respond to emergencies and incidents, assist staff and visitors, complete incident reports, and support departmental investigations to maintain a safe healing environment.

Coordinate and support statewide bike and pedestrian safety initiatives, implement educational programs and events for children, manage partner pathway communications and resources, maintain program records and grant reporting, track data and evaluation, stay current on pediatric injury prevention, and travel occasionally to program sites and events.

Perform pediatric radiologic imaging (X-ray and fluoroscopy), primarily mobile x-ray; prepare and position patients, maintain image quality, assist with fluoroscopic swallow studies, collaborate with clinical teams, participate in quality improvement, and perform related duties.

Provides inpatient and outpatient pediatric physiatry care, participates in multidisciplinary clinics, supervises APPs and PGY-3 residents, engages in research and quality improvement, and supports ParaSports and leadership activities.

Administer day-to-day employee benefits and leave programs, manage enrollments, COBRA, ACA compliance, 401(k) administration and audits, coordinate open enrollment and vendor relationships, and guide employees through FMLA/ADA/STD/LTD/workers' comp leaves with compassion.
