Process incoming outpatient referrals, create and maintain patient charts and cases, verify patient insurance benefits, support scheduling and communication, cross-train to fill in for coworkers, and perform other assigned administrative duties.

Lead daily operations of the registration team across inpatient, outpatient, and therapy services; ensure accurate referral processing, patient registration, insurance authorization, staff training and supervision, escalate and resolve complex access issues, and drive process improvements to optimize patient flow and experience.

Perform pediatric radiologic imaging (X-ray and fluoroscopy), primarily mobile x-ray; prepare and position patients, maintain image quality, assist with fluoroscopic swallow studies, collaborate with clinical teams, participate in quality improvement, and perform related duties.
