Lead all plant and equipment management for a marine construction project: oversee maintenance, lubrication, fuel, inspections, staffing and scheduling; coordinate with construction and planning teams; ensure HSE and quality compliance; manage maintenance planning, resource allocation, reporting, and liaison with Employer and Engineer.

Lead and deliver the road package: plan, budget, manage teams and contractors, ensure quality, safety, compliance, procurement, and value engineering. Monitor progress, control contracts and finances, mitigate risks, and report to project leadership and clients.
