Supports corporate legal work involving contracts, tenders, governance, disputes, drafting, legal research, document review, and cross-functional projects. The role develops legal and analytical capabilities within a construction and infrastructure group under senior counsel guidance.

Support construction planning and scheduling for tender and field projects. Responsibilities include transitioning tender schedules into delivery programs, maintaining and updating project programs, monitoring progress, preparing status reports, collaborating with project teams, and developing expertise in planning methodologies, programming software, and project controls systems through a two-year graduate development program.

Develop and manage Emiratisation strategy, recruitment, compliance, and reporting for UAE Nationals. Partner with employees and managers on onboarding, performance, engagement, employee relations, career development, retention, and succession planning. Coordinate training, graduate programs, events, and government or university partnerships. Support broader HR business partnering, visit sites across the UAE, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Emiratisation quotas, Nafis, and GPSSA requirements.
