Manage subcontract tendering and contract documentation, assist Project Manager with subcontract administration (claims, variations, financial matters), contribute to monthly reporting (cashflow, variations, cost analysis), and maintain compliant site/office contract administration and OH&S practices.

Lead development and maintenance of tender and project programmes for large building projects, ensure contract compliance, prepare methodologies and bids, monitor progress, identify risks and remedial actions, manage contractual records including extension of time claims, and drive adoption of improved planning methods and software.

Coordinate and implement BIM workflows across project phases, manage BIM Execution Plans, audit and federate models, perform clash detection and design coordination, and support project teams with digital BIM tools and tender graphical documentation.
