Teams at BESIX Group

Provides legal support to BESIX project teams across Belgium and Luxembourg throughout the construction contracting lifecycle, including tenders, negotiations, execution, claims, disputes, litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Drafts legal analyses and contracts, advises business departments, manages external counsel, supports project handovers, and negotiates with clients, partners, and subcontractors. Reports to the General Counsel and combines independent legal judgment with a business-enabling approach.

Provides legal counsel to BESIX operations in Belgium and Luxembourg, supporting construction and project-development teams throughout the contracting lifecycle. Reviews tenders, drafts and negotiates contracts, advises on claims and disputes, conducts litigation and arbitration, manages external counsel, and supports legal compliance and regulatory implementation. The role reports to the General Counsel and requires strong construction-sector legal expertise, multilingual communication, analytical ability, and business-oriented judgment.
