Oversee debt investment accounting for assigned portfolios, including financial statement close, consolidations, bond and loan accounting, securitization accounting, audits, forecasts, reconciliations, investor reporting, REIT testing, and internal controls. Manage third-party relationships, supervise domestic and offshore accounting staff, develop team members, support portfolio management, and assist with joint venture documents, capital calls, distributions, and investor requests.

Produces monthly financial statements, maintains general ledgers, supports closes, reconciliations, investor reporting, audits, budgets, forecasts, and transactional closings. Oversees offshore staff accountants by assigning work, reviewing accounting materials, coaching team members, and escalating issues. Requires strong accounting knowledge, communication, organization, confidentiality, integrity, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
