Remote Business Manager overseeing resident financials and audits for 1500–2500 units. Responsibilities include delinquency recovery, collections, eviction coordination, AR/AP processing, FAS handling, security deposit dispositions, receivables system management, application reviews, and partnering with onsite teams to optimize revenue and resident outcomes.

Support daily cash management and treasury operations: determine cash positions, initiate transfers, manage bank accounts and banking relationships, support banking technology implementations, ensure SOX compliance, assist on treasury projects, and maintain confidential communications with stakeholders.

Lead multifamily acquisitions in assigned territories (Southeast/Midwest): source deals, underwrite, manage due diligence, negotiate LOIs and closings, coordinate financing and legal, present to Investment Committee, oversee post-acquisition tracking, and manage and mentor acquisitions staff to maintain a robust pipeline and exceed proforma performance.
