Execute and administrate time-sensitive domestic and international EFTs and wire payments, maintain EFT templates and bank portal administration, perform verbal confirmations and fraud-prevention controls, process and reconcile employee expense reimbursements, maintain vendor W-9s and payment registers, support check void/reissue processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Lead multifamily acquisitions in assigned territories (Southeast/Midwest): source deals, underwrite, manage due diligence, negotiate LOIs and closings, coordinate financing and legal, present to Investment Committee, oversee post-acquisition tracking, and manage and mentor acquisitions staff to maintain a robust pipeline and exceed proforma performance.
