Provide technical and people leadership, set priorities, define architecture, establish evaluation/experiment workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition advanced capabilities into production.

Manage and lead the Amsterdam demo/test showroom for robotic picking, run product demonstrations, perform pre- and post-sales customer site visits, evaluate customer requirements, troubleshoot onsite issues, interact with operations teams, and perform data analysis to improve deployed systems.

Lead rapid prototyping of robotic automation systems from concept and CAD through fabrication, software integration, perception, motion planning, controls, testing, and iteration. Develop and debug Python/C++ and ROS/ROS2 code, integrate robot arms, sensors, and end effectors, bring up incomplete systems across mechanical/electrical/software boundaries, run experiments to validate designs, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to deliver working prototypes and early production concepts.

Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, hardware, quality, deployment and customer milestones. Create and update schedules, perform critical path and risk analysis, manage dependencies, run schedule governance, produce executive dashboards, drive stakeholder accountability, and develop scheduling best practices to ensure on-time delivery and proactive mitigation of schedule risks.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will design, prototype, and test automation systems, support production, and troubleshoot electrical designs. A focus on lifecycle from ideation to production is essential, along with expertise in various electrical systems, PCB design, and compliance standards.

Lead mechanical design for new electromechanical products from concept through production. Own system-level requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and release using SolidWorks and PLM. Drive manufacturability, reliability, DFMEA, GD&T, and supplier collaboration; mentor junior engineers and support fielded systems.

Lead architecture and development of high-fidelity simulation platforms and digital twins for robotic automation. Build scalable sim frameworks, integrate Emulate3D/Sim3D environments, design APIs/SDKs, apply MBSE, and enable testing/validation pipelines. Provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive simulation-driven system design, performance analysis, and production-ready deployments.

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing large-scale enterprise deals in automation and robotics, while managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer partnerships.

Develop and prototype robotic learning solutions for manipulation tasks, extend simulation environments, collaborate with research partners, transition prototypes to product teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical priorities to stakeholders to improve real-world robotic system capabilities.
