Design, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot robotic pick cells and industrial automation subsystems. Define layouts, interfaces, safety, and manufacturing handoff. Support PLC development (Siemens preferred), industrial networking, field installations, acceptance testing, documentation, and cross-disciplinary debugging to improve throughput, reliability, and serviceability. Travel domestically and internationally for commissioning and support.

Lead a small team to design, prototype, evaluate, and integrate AI-enabled robotics software into real-world systems. Provide technical and people leadership, set priorities, define architecture, establish evaluation/experiment workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition advanced capabilities into production.

Lead rapid prototyping of robotic automation systems from concept and CAD through fabrication, software integration, perception, motion planning, controls, testing, and iteration. Develop and debug Python/C++ and ROS/ROS2 code, integrate robot arms, sensors, and end effectors, bring up incomplete systems across mechanical/electrical/software boundaries, run experiments to validate designs, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to deliver working prototypes and early production concepts.

Manage and lead the Amsterdam demo/test showroom for robotic picking, run product demonstrations, perform pre- and post-sales customer site visits, evaluate customer requirements, troubleshoot onsite issues, interact with operations teams, and perform data analysis to improve deployed systems.

Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, hardware, quality, deployment and customer milestones. Create and update schedules, perform critical path and risk analysis, manage dependencies, run schedule governance, produce executive dashboards, drive stakeholder accountability, and develop scheduling best practices to ensure on-time delivery and proactive mitigation of schedule risks.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will design, prototype, and test automation systems, support production, and troubleshoot electrical designs. A focus on lifecycle from ideation to production is essential, along with expertise in various electrical systems, PCB design, and compliance standards.

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing large-scale enterprise deals in automation and robotics, while managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer partnerships.
