Leads customer-site deployments of robotic automation technology from installation through engineering handoff. Manages contractors, engineers, customer relationships, safety and building-code compliance, project budgets, schedules, installation issues, training, and operational metrics. Develops standardized technical solutions to reduce deployment time and costs while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful integration into customer operations. The role requires extensive travel and manages onsite resources without direct reports.

Develop production-grade robotic manipulation software for motion planning, kinematics, control, execution, simulation, and multi-arm coordination. Integrate robotic capabilities with hardware and software systems, design APIs and services, support testing, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Develop and prototype computer vision and machine learning solutions for robotic trailer unloading. Train and adapt models for perception tasks such as object detection, segmentation, grasp estimation, depth estimation, and anomaly detection. Troubleshoot real robotic systems, evaluate emerging robotics advancements, transition prototypes to product teams, communicate technical priorities, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership on key projects.
