Designs, prototypes, tests, and launches electrical systems for robotic automation products. Responsibilities span PCB and circuit design, industrial power systems, motors, sensors, safety controls, CAD documentation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and deployment updates. The role supports the complete electrical design lifecycle from concept through production and field service, including integration of conveyors, robots, controls, and sensing technologies.

Leads architecture, technical direction, and hands-on development of robotic manipulation software. Develops motion planning, kinematics, control, multi-arm coordination, simulation, hardware integration, and distributed-system interfaces. Oversees testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, design reviews, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Develop learning-based robotics software for spatial reasoning, sequential decision-making, perception, planning, and manipulation. Build and evaluate models in simulation and on physical robotic systems, prototype solutions, improve reliability under uncertainty, and transition successful methods into products. The role includes collaborating with research partners, mentoring junior engineers, communicating technical priorities, and applying machine learning, real-time control, sensor data, and sim-to-real techniques to robotic packing and manipulation.
