Lead mechanical design for new electromechanical products from concept through production. Own system-level requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and release using SolidWorks and PLM. Drive manufacturability, reliability, DFMEA, GD&T, and supplier collaboration; mentor junior engineers and support fielded systems.

Lead architecture and development of high-fidelity simulation platforms and digital twins for robotic automation. Build scalable sim frameworks, integrate Emulate3D/Sim3D environments, design APIs/SDKs, apply MBSE, and enable testing/validation pipelines. Provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive simulation-driven system design, performance analysis, and production-ready deployments.

Lead and manage a software engineering team building robotics and AI solutions. Oversee sprints, performance, platform availability, demos, deployments, manufacturing guidance, and cross-team coordination. Maintain deep technical understanding to contribute to troubleshooting, commissioning, and fielded product success.
