Drive new enterprise sales across EMEA for material handling, automation, and robotics solutions. Source opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, negotiate SOWs and MSAs, close large deals, exceed revenue targets, and build executive-level customer relationships across retail, eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain industries. Collaborate with business development, solutions, product, engineering, and legal teams while providing market feedback to shape future offerings.

Leads presales design of intelligent warehouse automation solutions, including customer data analysis, requirements management, technical proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept development. Defines solution architectures, technical requirements, feasibility assessments, and risk mitigation plans. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to identify applications, prioritize features, support deployment, and develop commercialization strategies. Travel of 25% or more is required.
