Creates and alters costumes for theater, dance, and opera by translating designs into garments through draping, pattern drafting, tailoring, and stitching. Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, scheduling, travel, budgets, events, and international partnerships for Berklee Global programs. Lead travel teams and on-site program delivery, coordinate partner inquiries and student credit transfers, process proposals, supervise staff and contractors, and maintain departmental databases, technology, and reporting systems. The role requires regular international travel, cross-cultural expertise, financial skills, and active musicianship.

Supervises ushers and coordinates front-of-house theater operations during events. Manage box office and patron services across multiple Berklee performance venues: lead and schedule student staff, oversee ticketing operations (Etix), ensure accessibility and ADA compliance, serve as manager on duty for events, handle night-of settlements and reconciliations, collaborate cross-departmentally, and maintain safety and emergency protocols.

Lead institutional Equity and Title IX compliance, supervise the Equity team, coordinate trauma-informed investigations and grievance resolution, provide emergency response and supportive measures, analyze climate and incident data for trends, develop training and outreach, and collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance with federal and state civil rights laws.

Ensure smooth operation of 32 recording studios by providing technical support for classes, ensembles, and events; inspect and maintain equipment; manage gear check-outs and logs; co-supervise 50 student assistants; run semesterly testing, maintenance, and upgrades; lead orientations and support specialized equipment requests.

Accompany students in ensemble classes, assist during rehearsals and concerts, ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Provide non-clinical case management and care coordination for students with physical and mental health challenges. Support Berklee's Aspire Five-Week Program by handling administrative tasks, responding to inquiries, and assisting faculty and students in operations.

Serve as the operational lead for the EVP & CSO, managing executive calendars and travel, designing AI-driven workflow automations, overseeing meeting and board logistics, tracking strategic projects across divisions, reconciling office budgets, and providing on-campus event and suite management support.

Lead and manage the student conduct system and a proactive conflict resolution program across multiple campuses. Oversee case adjudication, hearings, policy updates, data analysis, and compliance with FERPA, Clery, VAWA, and Title IX. Supervise conduct staff, coordinate with campus partners (Public Safety, Residence Life, Health & Wellness), serve on the senior on-call team, and support crisis response and investigative needs.
