The role requires frequent territory travel, relationship-building, specification selling, and collaboration with sales and technical teams.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pricing and profitability analysis, sales reporting, and executive decision support. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to identify risks, opportunities, cost drivers, and margin improvement initiatives. Develops dashboards, KPIs, reports, and financial models while supporting ERP, business intelligence, and process improvement projects.

Oversee biweekly, multi-state payroll for approximately 450 employees, including commissions, bonuses, timekeeping, taxes, garnishments, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Supervise payroll staff, maintain records and procedures, resolve discrepancies, support reporting and audits, and lead payroll system enhancements and process improvements. Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Benefits, and operational leaders while ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential payroll administration.
