Creates detailed carpet installation and seaming plans using AutoCAD or similar software, calculates material quantities, prepares estimating reports, and develops custom layouts. Collaborates with sales, customers, designers, manufacturing, production, and other departments to revise project materials and support successful completions. Processes simulations, maintains color and pattern databases, supports room scenes and floor-plan renderings, and assists with special design projects.

Develops and manages customer, dealer, designer, and end-user relationships within an assigned territory. Promotes commercial flooring products, generates project opportunities, conducts presentations, supports project completion, and achieves sales objectives. Responsibilities include territory planning, specification selling, forecasting, CRM maintenance, dealer collaboration, expense management, and frequent customer travel. Requires at least two years of territory sales experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Audits freight bills, enters data, performs cycle counts, reconciles inventory, obtains freight quotes, processes claims and UPS shipments, schedules returns, and routes trucks. The role requires shipping experience, international shipping knowledge, forklift experience, Excel and Monarch proficiency, strong communication and math skills, and willingness to work mandatory overtime and weekends in an office and warehouse environment.
