Leads regional retail sales and operations across the Great Lakes region. Develops sales strategies, analyzes performance and market trends, manages budgets, oversees inventory and visual merchandising, and drives operational excellence. Builds and develops high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance management. Ensures consistent client experiences, brand representation, compliance, and audit readiness while identifying growth opportunities and achieving sales targets. Requires extensive travel, including up to four days per week by air.

Manage month-end close tasks, maintain and analyze general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, support audits and tax filings (US and CA), analyze sales/use tax data, and lead ad-hoc financial projects to improve processes and reporting.

Process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, assist vendor payments and weekly cash disbursements, reconcile vendor statements and balance sheets, approve T&E expenses, prepare month-end accruals, and identify AP process improvements while ensuring ERP accuracy and policy compliance.

Lead design and execution of compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs. Drive annual compensation planning, market pricing, pay equity analysis, and incentive design while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors. Build reporting, policies, and communications to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable Total Rewards programs.

Lead an integrated talent and organizational development function including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession and leadership development, learning programs, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics. Partner with business leaders to design scalable talent strategies, improve team effectiveness, and develop HR teams to support growth.

Drive retail sales and service across assigned San Francisco accounts by leading and developing teams, building retail partnerships, executing launches and promotions, optimizing client experience, analyzing performance data, managing operations and budgets, and ensuring audit and brand compliance. Heavy in-market presence and travel required.

Lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for Benefit campaigns. Develop insight-led briefs, messaging frameworks, and campaign toolkits; coordinate cross-functional teams and regional markets; track campaign performance and recommend optimizations across digital, ecommerce, retail, and earned channels.

Lead creation of Benefit-driven 3D product and packaging designs from concept to production. Develop franchises, mockups, digital renderings, style guides, and supplier-ready files while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior staff. Manage packaging reviews, proofing, color approvals, sustainability research, and timelines.
