Lead an integrated talent and organizational development function including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession and leadership development, learning programs, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics. Partner with business leaders to design scalable talent strategies, improve team effectiveness, and develop HR teams to support growth.

Drive retail sales and service across assigned downtown Manhattan accounts by leading and developing teams, partnering with retail leaders, executing product launches and promotions, analyzing performance data, managing operations (inventory, merchandising, budgets), and ensuring outstanding client experiences. Heavy in-store presence and frequent travel required.
