Lead and manage employee relations investigations and conflict resolution across corporate and retail teams. Develop investigation plans, document findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure legal compliance. Build ER best practices, produce trend reporting and HR analyses, coach HRBPs and leaders, deliver training, and partner with Legal and HR partners to prevent and resolve employee concerns.

Drive retail sales and service results across an assigned territory by managing and developing RAM and AE teams, planning promotions, merchandising counters, managing budgets and inventory, analyzing performance, executing new product launches, coordinating with retail partners and corporate stakeholders, and recruiting/training staff.
