Leads regional retail sales and operations across the Great Lakes region. Develops sales strategies, analyzes performance and market trends, manages budgets, oversees inventory and visual merchandising, and drives operational excellence. Builds and develops high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance management. Ensures consistent client experiences, brand representation, compliance, and audit readiness while identifying growth opportunities and achieving sales targets. Requires extensive travel, including up to four days per week by air.

Manage month-end close tasks, maintain and analyze general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, support audits and tax filings (US and CA), analyze sales/use tax data, and lead ad-hoc financial projects to improve processes and reporting.

Process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, assist vendor payments and weekly cash disbursements, reconcile vendor statements and balance sheets, approve T&E expenses, prepare month-end accruals, and identify AP process improvements while ensuring ERP accuracy and policy compliance.
