Responds to help desk tickets, troubleshoots desktops and mobile devices, assists with software installations and updates, documents resolutions, maintains IT asset inventories, supports patch management, and monitors system performance. Collaborates with international IT teams on global initiatives, standardization, documentation, and process improvements while developing technical skills through training and mentorship.
