Drives process improvements across deal workflows and systems, leveraging knowledge of SaaS pricing, commercial structures, and revenue recognition.

Lead analytics projects delivering customer-facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools. Define and optimize data models with development teams, maintain data accuracy and performance, manage priorities and resources, and mentor team members in SQL, data analysis, visualization, and transformation. Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, support proposals, resolve data concerns, and improve reporting through automation and optimization.

Engage qualified prospects interested in Benchmark Gensuite’s EHS, sustainability, ESG, risk, and operational excellence software. Conduct discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer commercial questions, guide evaluations, and build stakeholder relationships through conversion. Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and sales teams while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline records. Represent the company at meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events, with occasional UK and European travel.

Supports SaaS subscriber launches, expansions, and complex initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
