Administer and improve Customer Success systems (Vitally, Onboard.io, Staircase), translate processes into configurations and automations, build dashboards and reports, monitor data quality and integrations, provide user support and training, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and test system changes.

Coordinate and execute strategic EHS and sustainability subscriber implementations. Manage launch workstreams, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. Build cross-functional relationships, support transitions to ongoing success, and contribute to process and methodology improvements to drive successful digital transformation outcomes.
