Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate program activities, collaborate with delivery teams on projects, pilots, renewals and expansions, and contribute product knowledge to inform roadmap. Attend on-site customer meetings and quarterly HQ planning; maintain a flexible schedule and travel as needed.

Lead platform engineering and operations for a portfolio of applications: oversee teams, drive modernization, refactoring, automation, standardize architecture and coding practices, establish testing and review processes, mentor product managers, and manage risk, resources, and documentation to improve reliability and reduce maintenance overhead.

Manage a portfolio of EHS and sustainability customers to drive adoption, retention, and measurable value. Build stakeholder relationships, create success plans, identify renewals/expansions, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and proactively monitor customer health and adoption to ensure long-term success.
