Build and lead an enterprise implementation services organization for EHS and sustainability software. Establish the operating model, delivery methodology, role framework, scoping and pricing standards, governance, metrics, and change-control processes. Oversee complex multi-module and multi-region deployments, including integrations, data migration, and change management. Hire and develop implementation professionals, manage partners, ensure delivery quality and profitability, and serve as a senior escalation point for customers and internal leadership.

Build and lead Benchmark Gensuite’s enterprise implementation services organization. Define the operating model, delivery methodology, staffing, pricing, governance, scoping, SOW, and change-control standards. Oversee complex multi-module and multi-region implementations, including integrations, data migration, and change management. Lead executive customer relationships, manage delivery quality and profitability, hire and develop the implementation team, and coordinate internal teams and external partners.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and troubleshoots full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter. Builds APIs, integrates databases and AI capabilities, participates in code reviews, contributes to architecture and technical direction, mentors engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role also supports project planning, estimation, quality assurance, and adoption of modern development practices and tools.
