Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, recommend practical solutions, monitor data quality, and improve operational efficiency through reporting and emerging AI capabilities.

Engage qualified prospects interested in Benchmark Gensuite’s EHS, sustainability, ESG, risk, and operational excellence software. Conduct discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer commercial questions, guide evaluations, and build stakeholder relationships through conversion. Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and sales teams while maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline records. Represent the company at meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events, with occasional UK and European travel.

Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices. Responds to help desk tickets, troubleshoots desktops and mobile devices, assists with software installations and updates, documents resolutions, maintains IT asset inventories, supports patch management, and monitors system performance. Collaborates with international IT teams on global initiatives, standardization, documentation, and process improvements while developing technical skills through training and mentorship.
