Teams at Benchling

Own the roadmap and execution for Benchling's scientific AI model platform. Define UI and API experiences for fast, reliable, cost-effective inference and high-throughput runs. Work directly with customers to ideate use cases, gather feedback, and grow adoption. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, legal, strategy, and GTM to shape AI product and go-to-market practices as the field evolves.

Provide first-line product support for Benchling users by troubleshooting tickets across web, chat, and email; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues; document product knowledge; deliver occasional trainings and run internal support projects to improve customer experience.

Serve as primary Technical Account Manager post-go-live for enterprise life-science customers, driving adoption, managing Optimization Services Success Packages, delivering sprint-based accelerators, owning account escalation, project plans, and stakeholder relationships across scientists, R&D leaders, and IT.
