Run and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, configure UTM and conversion tracking, analyze website behavior through recordings and heatmaps, conduct audience, creative, and landing-page tests, and produce weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Write newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, case studies, website content, and social posts about newborn and premature-care outcomes. Interview clinicians, health workers, and parents; build online communities; translate clinical studies into accessible language; maintain a content calendar and story library; and publish consistently across Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels. This is a six-month, full-time paid internship in Bangalore.

Build and extend internal operations tools and a customer-facing web app. Integrate business systems through REST APIs, use AI coding tools to prototype and debug, implement access controls, understand data consistency, collaborate directly with users, and document maintainable solutions.
