Configure, customize, integrate, maintain, and enhance Guidewire ClaimCenter for property and casualty insurance operations. Analyze claims requirements, develop workflows and business rules, troubleshoot production issues, support migrations and releases, collaborate with developers and QA, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role also supports integrations, testing, documentation, performance optimization, Agile delivery, and business users across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Provides operational support for AIFMD and Annex IV regulatory reporting, including process, data, control, governance, and gap assessments. Analyzes AIFMD II requirements, translates regulations into business and technology requirements, and supports implementation of reporting, process, and control changes. Advises Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT, and Fund Administration stakeholders while preparing documentation, status updates, knowledge transfer, and operational handover materials.

Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise agentic AI platforms using LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, enterprise integrations, cloud services, and secure governance patterns. Design scalable multi-agent workflows, state management, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls. Partner with senior stakeholders, guide engineering teams, establish reusable architecture standards, and ensure production AI systems meet security, reliability, compliance, and operational requirements.

Design and build production AI applications using LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Develop stateful single- and multi-agent systems with tool calling, approvals, guardrails, evaluation, observability, and enterprise integrations. Translate business requirements into reliable automated processes, deploy applications in cloud environments, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases.

Perform end-to-end manual functional testing of pension processes in a WTP landscape using Festina Finance. Design and execute test cases, regression, integration, system, and acceptance tests; validate integrations; document and analyze defects; and collaborate with analysts, developers, pension specialists, and testers. Support test planning, reporting, traceability, completion activities, test coverage, process improvement, and overall quality assurance.

Perform end-to-end manual functional testing of pension processes in a WTP landscape using Festina Finance. Design and execute test cases, validate integrations, conduct regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing, and document and follow up on defects. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, pension specialists, and testers while supporting test preparation, reporting, traceability, coverage improvements, and quality assurance.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive TIBCO Spotfire dashboards and visualizations. Implement advanced data models in SAP HANA Cloud, integrate sources via Mulesoft and SAP CAP (Node.js + UI5), manage Spotfire infolinks and connections, script customizations with IronPython/JavaScript/HTML/CSS, monitor pipelines with Kibana, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver HR-focused analytics.
