Lead administration and functional ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, acting as senior escalation for incidents, driving root-cause analysis, configuring Order-to-Cash and Warehouse Management, leading functional workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and providing on-call support to ensure global ERP stability and continuous improvement.

Design and deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution demonstrations, translate business needs into technical designs, support sales bids and RFPs, build and maintain demo environments, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasible, value-driven solutions aligned to customer objectives.

Provide Level 2 Microsoft 365 support and escalation for Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online; troubleshoot complex issues, configure and optimize M365 and Intune, deliver user training, create documentation, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement using PowerShell automation and stakeholder collaboration.
