Coordinates nursing department staffing for a defined resident population, creating master and daily schedules based on budgeted hours and staffing ratios. Maintains accurate staffing and time records, updates schedules as needed, and works with HR and Payroll to ensure proper timekeeping. Requires a high school diploma or GED, organizational skills, reliable transportation, and knowledge of staffing schedules. CNA certification and Kronos experience are preferred.

Assists with preparing and serving meals and snacks for patients, residents, employees, and events. Follows menus, diet orders, food preferences, portioning, food safety procedures, and service schedules. Supports cooks, washes dishes as needed, and helps maintain meal service quality in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Assists the Business Office Manager with patient billing, accounts receivable, collections, payment recording, deposits, financial recordkeeping, payer interactions, claim payment, census balancing, and reporting. Maintains confidentiality and integrity of patient financial information while coordinating with nursing and admissions departments.
