Lead environmental services across multiple Fredericksburg-area facilities by setting and enforcing cleanliness standards, developing SOPs and inspection programs, coaching supervisors and technicians, managing schedules, inventories, and vendors, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement to maintain visitor-ready, safe, and organized non-production spaces.

Catch chickens safely and humanely to meet production needs. Follow animal welfare, biosecurity, safety, and quality protocols. Perform physically demanding, team-based work in variable environmental conditions, work scheduled 8–10+ hour shifts, report safety/quality concerns, and perform other assigned duties.

Perform breast deboning and general production tasks on first shift, following safety, quality, and processing speed standards. Work in varying conditions, operate near industrial equipment, lift up to 40 pounds, and rotate departments as needed.

Support and execute site-level EHS programs in a manufacturing/food processing plant. Perform floor audits, incident investigations, JSAs, training, PPE assessments, compliance (OSHA), and drive safety culture and corrective actions.

Perform production trimming on first shift following company safety, quality, and speed standards. Work in varying conditions around industrial equipment, stand for long periods, lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs, and rotate into other departments as needed. Requires prior poultry or food manufacturing experience and at least 6–12 months of work history.

Develop and execute data-driven omnichannel marketing and product launch campaigns for defined customer segments. Coordinate with sales, creative, and product teams, manage merchandising and trade show participation, track KPIs, and support customer-facing marketing initiatives to drive product line and customer growth.

Support production and inventory operations within cost accounting/finance by ensuring accurate financial and performance data capture, completing production orders, providing first-tier system support, identifying and tracking variances, delivering department-level P&L, representing finance in process changes, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor.
