Owns marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, builds full-funnel reporting, manages the martech stack, partners cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives, and establishes the company as a leading software provider for security organizations.

Build and improve Belfry’s React Native and Expo mobile application and React web platform for field officers and back-office teams. Establish UI best practices, observability, and design systems; contribute to APIs, backend services, integrations, and infrastructure as needed. Help adopt AI-powered coding tools, take ownership of product initiatives, communicate technical and product ideas, and mentor engineers.

Manage a portfolio of security industry customers, guiding onboarding and ongoing adoption, leading objective reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Monitor customer health, identify risks, drive retention and advocacy, and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Engineering. Serve as a security industry subject matter expert while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing multiple priorities in a startup environment.

Provide timely technical support for Belfry’s payroll, accounting, and workforce management platform. Manage inbound tickets, troubleshoot issues within SLAs, train customers, maintain knowledge resources, escalate critical problems, identify trends, and communicate feedback to product and cross-functional teams. The role also supports process improvement, customer retention, advocacy, and expansion while handling complex customer situations with empathy and strong organization.

Guide new customers through 4–10-week SaaS implementations by managing onboarding projects, coordinating internal and external partners, delivering platform training, driving product adoption, monitoring customer health, and resolving risks. Serve as a customer advocate and security-industry subject matter expert while improving workflows, retention, satisfaction, and knowledge of the Belfry platform.

Lead full sales cycle to land new B2B SaaS customers in the security guard services industry: prospect, qualify, manage evaluations, forecast deals, and hit monthly revenue targets while collaborating with product and customer success.

Design, build, and scale APIs, backend services, and intuitive mobile/web UIs. Drive technical standards across the product lifecycle, deploy secure and performant systems, and take ownership of product outcomes in an early-stage startup.

Design and evolve Belfry's backend and infrastructure to scale and ensure high availability, security, and performance. Deploy and operate systems, improve monitoring and telemetry, define technical standards across the SDLC, and own challenging projects (e.g., push notifications, architecture changes). Mentor peers and improve development practices.

Lead ownership of Belfry's React Native/Expo mobile app and React web platform; establish frontend best practices, design systems, observability, and performance standards; contribute across the full stack (APIs, backend, integrations); deploy and scale production systems; mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted development workflows.
