Owns marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, builds full-funnel reporting, manages the martech stack, partners cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives, and establishes the company as a leading software provider for security organizations.

Build and improve Belfry’s React Native and Expo mobile application and React web platform for field officers and back-office teams. Establish UI best practices, observability, and design systems; contribute to APIs, backend services, integrations, and infrastructure as needed. Help adopt AI-powered coding tools, take ownership of product initiatives, communicate technical and product ideas, and mentor engineers.

Manage a portfolio of security industry customers, guiding onboarding and ongoing adoption, leading objective reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Monitor customer health, identify risks, drive retention and advocacy, and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Engineering. Serve as a security industry subject matter expert while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing multiple priorities in a startup environment.
