Teams at Belfry

Design and evolve Belfry's backend and infrastructure to scale and ensure high availability, security, and performance. Deploy and operate systems, improve monitoring and telemetry, define technical standards across the SDLC, and own challenging projects (e.g., push notifications, architecture changes). Mentor peers and improve development practices.

Lead ownership of Belfry's React Native/Expo mobile app and React web platform; establish frontend best practices, design systems, observability, and performance standards; contribute across the full stack (APIs, backend, integrations); deploy and scale production systems; mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted development workflows.

Own Belfry's inbound marketing engine: strategy and execution for paid media, SEO/GEO/AEO, email, website, martech, and account-driven campaigns. Manage agencies, tie programs to pipeline and revenue, run experiments, and optimize CAC/ROAS.
