Owns accounting and financial reporting for the Service business unit, including invoicing, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, revenue activities, and variance analysis. Supports service contracts, customer billing inquiries, process documentation, internal controls, and ERP improvements. Partners with Accounting, Customer Service, and Operations to improve transaction accuracy, workflow efficiency, and conversion of service activity into revenue.

Designs and implements electrical control systems for custom hydraulic presses and automation equipment. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI programming, motion control, cabinet design, industrial networking, startup and testing, PID tuning, safety circuit design, customer reviews, technical support, and mentoring less experienced engineers. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, sales, estimating, customers, and service teams, with up to 25% travel for commissioning and training.

Lead project managers and oversee customer-facing, full-lifecycle projects in a custom engineering and manufacturing environment. Establish project plans, schedules, processes, and communication standards; coordinate Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Service; manage resources, risks, budgets, change orders, and customer concerns; and ensure on-time delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Develop the project management team and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.

Supports senior sales and applications engineers throughout the sales cycle, including customer communication, quotations, proposals, CRM maintenance, forecasting, order documentation, lead qualification, and trade show follow-up. Develops technical knowledge of hydraulic presses, automation equipment, manufacturing processes, and customer applications through mentorship and training. The role gradually assumes greater responsibility for customer interactions and sales activities, with occasional travel for customer visits and training.

Design machine structures and powered motion systems for custom hydraulic and electro-mechanical presses. Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, run FEA, integrate hydraulics and servo-driven motion, support production startups, troubleshoot, and collaborate across engineering, production, sales, and service.
