The ERP Solution Owner leads the ERP lifecycle, ensuring design integrity, operational stability, compliance, and business value for Beckers Group's ERP platform.

Lead and manage the Industrial Coatings Development team to deliver new coatings products, overseeing R&D, lab resources, budgets, CAPEX, HSE, regulatory compliance (e.g., REACH), and cross-functional commercialization. Mentor chemists, manage multiple projects through stage-gated processes, engage stakeholders and represent the department externally to drive innovation and sustainability.
