The ERP Solution Owner leads the ERP lifecycle, ensuring design integrity, operational stability, compliance, and business value for Beckers Group's ERP platform.

Manage 24/7 production across three shifts at the Liverpool site: plan, coordinate and prioritise manufacturing activities, set and monitor KPIs, lead and develop a small team, drive continuous improvement (5S, WCM), ensure EHS/COSHH compliance and equipment maintenance, maintain traceability, and liaise with stakeholders to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

Lead sales strategy and key account management for ASEAN; drive market expansion, coordinate major customer projects, analyze market needs, resolve product quality issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet delivery and quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
