Manage and grow a portfolio of major B2B subscribers by improving retention, negotiating renewals, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and developing account strategies. The role involves working with senior client stakeholders across multiple industries, managing internal commercial projects, meeting revenue targets, and potentially developing leadership and management skills.

Manage relationships with enterprise clients and help them maximize the value of a private-company data platform. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the platform, delivering tailored training, coordinating multiple tasks, improving processes, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities for Account Managers. The role requires strong communication, organization, emotional intelligence, and at least two years of client-facing experience.
