Identify audience trends, develop ideas, coordinate execution, and measure impact. The role requires strong creative judgment, AI-enabled experimentation, project ownership, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous startup environment.

Design and deploy enterprise AI-agent automations by understanding customer workflows, engineering prompts, configuring integrations, and managing delivery from concept through deployment. Troubleshoot and optimize live automations, coordinate API integrations, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, and advise clients on AI adoption and workflow automation. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify platform gaps and influence the product roadmap.

Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads for an enterprise AI agent platform. Research accounts, personalize multi-channel outreach, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with AEs, marketing, and solutions engineers, and meet pipeline and booking targets while learning enterprise AI sales processes.

Partner with the CEO to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, provide analysis and recommendations, prepare leadership/investor/customer materials, remove execution blockers, improve processes, and apply AI tools to increase speed and leverage.

Close and lead complex enterprise new-business deals across DACH, build outbound pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, define use cases and pricing, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and collaborate with product and deployment teams to drive deployments and shape GTM strategy.

Lead full enterprise sales cycle across DACH: generate pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, shape technical use cases with product teams, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and influence GTM strategy to drive high-ACV deployments.
