Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery through production. Translate customer workflows into agentic automations by designing workflows, configuring agents, engineering prompts, managing API integrations, testing, debugging, and optimizing live systems. Collaborate with customers, product, engineering, and ML teams while coordinating stakeholders and delivery timelines. Feed deployment insights back into Beam’s platform and advise customers on effective AI automation strategies.

Lead a small engineering squad while remaining hands-on in software development. Own product areas from problem definition through production, design and build across the stack, develop reliable AI-agent capabilities, and establish strong practices for testing, evaluation, observability, and production ownership. Partner with Product, make architectural trade-offs, ship customer-focused solutions, coach engineers, and improve team effectiveness through code reviews and AI coding tools.

Own creative projects that increase Beam AI’s visibility and excitement, from content and campaigns to founder-led initiatives and collaborations. Identify audience trends, develop ideas, coordinate execution, and measure impact. The role requires strong creative judgment, AI-enabled experimentation, project ownership, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous startup environment.
