Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and frontline teams to design and implement omnichannel, AI/automation, telephony, and digital self-service solutions. Define success metrics, manage cross-functional delivery, drive adoption, and coach a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Provide tailored insurance advice and sell/renew policies to customers in person and by phone. Collaborate with underwriting and support teams, manage accounts and documentation, meet sales and productivity targets, and maintain licensing and training to progress to Senior Insurance Advisor.
