Creates social-first content from concept through publication, including scripting, filming, editing, publishing, on-camera delivery, and performance optimization. Coordinates brand activations, events, partnerships, and the Brand Ambassador program while managing logistics, promotional assets, vendors, and stakeholders. Captures content throughout British Columbia, supports campaigns and community initiatives, analyzes audience metrics, and recommends improvements. Requires flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, regular travel, and valid driving credentials.

Supports Evo Car Share product and process operations by troubleshooting service issues, coordinating projects, configuring products and campaigns, analyzing data and competitors, defining business requirements, leading UAT and testing, improving processes, and developing SOPs and training materials. Collaborates with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance platforms, resolve issues, support change management, and improve member experiences.

Develop and execute integrated Membership marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage digital and traditional channels, including SEM, paid media, content marketing, incentives, and promotions. Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders; monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key business metrics; and provide recommendations to improve results and Member experience. Support marketing plans, forecasts, reporting, financial administration, and cross-functional initiatives.
