The Inside Sales Representative will prospect, qualify, and generate interest in managed IT services, maintain product knowledge, and enter/manage leads and activities in ConnectWise. They will communicate solutions to prospects, support sales forecasting, attend meetings, document processes, and assist marketing while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Provide Tier 2-3 remote and on-site IT systems engineering and escalation support for SMB clients. Design, implement and troubleshoot Windows servers, virtualization, networking, Exchange/SQL/Citrix, and backup/DR. Document tickets, manage projects independently, handle on-call duties, and interact with end users to deliver best-practice IT solutions.

Provide Tier 2-3 remote and on-site IT support for SMB clients: design, implement, troubleshoot networks, servers, virtualization, security, and user environments; document work and manage tickets.

Identify and qualify new prospects for managed IT services, communicate solution benefits, enter and manage leads and opportunities in ConnectWise, support sales forecasting and meetings, maintain product knowledge, and assist marketing and internal documentation.

Provide technical help-desk support for clients using Sage 100 ERP (MAS 90/200), troubleshoot accounting and distribution issues, document and test custom solutions, and deliver ongoing customer service and escalation management.
