Lead the 7-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, ensuring excellence in clinical nursing, patient- and family-centered care, quality improvement, staff development, staffing and operational management, budget stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve outcomes and unit performance.

Operate diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to obtain high-quality images per radiologist specifications. Perform portable, surgical, outpatient, and emergency imaging; follow radiation safety, PACS data management, and regulatory/quality procedures. Provide patient instruction, respond to emergencies, assist radiologists in procedures, and support departmental QA and training.
