Leads nursing operations across MedSurg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care units. Oversees clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, staff development, and departmental budgeting. Partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient throughput. Supports evidence-based practice, competency assessment, engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.

Assists radiologic technologists, residents, and attendings with patient preparation, transfers, interventional biopsy procedures, exam trays, and pre-, peri-, and post-procedure care. Performs patient transport, bathroom assistance, cleaning, infection-control tasks, inventory support, scheduling, report and image retrieval, and clerical communication. Maintains confidentiality, safety practices, computer systems, and required annual training.

Assists radiologic technologists, residents, and attendings with patient preparation, transfers, care, interventional biopsy procedures, exam-room support, cleaning, inventory, scheduling, report and image retrieval, and clerical duties. Provides compassionate patient service, maintains confidentiality and safety standards, uses radiology and hospital software, and supports pre-, peri-, and post-procedure care.
