Provides customer service and communication support in a 24/7 hospital operator services environment. Answers and triages calls, relays messages, provides paging services, assists patients and visitors, and activates emergency code teams and stat pages under supervision. The role requires clear communication, accurate information handling, flexibility, and courteous support for internal and external customers.

Provides strategic employment and labor law counsel to healthcare leadership and Human Resources. Manages employment litigation, administrative charges, government investigations, workplace investigations, outside counsel, risk management, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, and legal training. Advises on workforce matters involving hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, leave, restructuring, and healthcare professionals while protecting privilege and mitigating organizational risk.
